Terms and Conditions

I have read and accept the cost of my training as well as the duration of my training.

I understand that the desired class date is not a confirmation of that date and that If the availability is not open I will be provided with the next available date closest to the one I requested. Class dates are flexible and are confirmed together between Digiani Co LLC and the student.

I understand that I need to arrive on time in order to receive proper training with enough time. Arriving more than 30 minutes late is considered a no call no show.

I understand that I cannot bring any guests. Models are to arrive at 2pm.

I understand that all deposits and training fees are non refundable.

I give my permission for Digiani Co LLC to use my photographs for promotional purposes on lashloungemia.com and social media platforms.

If for any reason I may have to cancel or reschedule, I will do so 7 days in advance. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance will result in a $500 service fee using the card stored on file and the full paid amount is forfeited.

I agree and consent for Digiani Co LLC to charge my card on file ONLY for actions outside of the policy I agreed to without disputes. Your card will not be charged for any other reason unless this is how you pay for your appointments.

A no show will result in the loss of the full training amount. In order to reschedule the training cost will have to be paid again.

I understand that the full balance of my course is due 7 days before my course date. If the balance is not received the course will be cancelled and the deposit can be transferred to another date.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, this serves as a digital signature and verifies that you fully understand the information as stated in this form. This digital signature holds the same authority as a handwritten signature.
